I figured it'd be a good idea to show you that Insomnia Motorsports isn't like most other companies in the automotive market place. Being a automotive fanatic I love being around cars, racing cars, and of course the inevitable fixing of cars. Unfortunately, being a Volkswagen lover you can't just go into any store and order everything to your hearts content. Even though VW has been really representing Duetchland since the 50's, autopart stores look at me like I'm crazy when I ask for certain parts. Such as a, "Fuba, a.k.a Antenna" Well after many frustrating nights knocking knuckles against every single piece of machined metal under the hood. I took the time to figure out how I could really make things all that easier. Mostly making sure I get the part I really need. Most companies online don't really have any sort of customer service presence and I'd have to say it's quite annoying. I thought well, let's make a company what it should be. Actually customer focused. Needless to say I started kicking the idea around and suprisingly enough. People thought it was a good idea. I've spoken with every class of people from the lower class all the way to multi-billion dollar company owners. The most consistent kudos I've recieved; one, was the fact if I don't know the answer, I'll take the time to find the right answer for you. Secondly, that I'm an online business encouraging customer service. That's when I decided it was time to heighten the status quo. Honesty is needed in the automotive market and that's one of the many ideals I bring to the table. Knowledge and rapport is key to a successful business.
